Mobile Banking
All you have to do is download the app to your smartphone, and you’ll be able to:
- View your account balances
- Track your transaction history
- Transfer funds between your Peoples Bank accounts
- Access your accounts at other financial institutions with TransferNow External Transfers
- Make bill payments
- Set up alerts
- Transfer funds using Zelle®
Mobile Browser Banking
If you don’t want to download the app to your smartphone, you can use your phone’s mobile web browser to log in to your Online Banking profile. Once you log in, you can do all the same things within Online Banking as you could on your desktop or laptop computer.
Text Banking
By enrolling in text banking, you can get basic information about your accounts sent directly to your phone. All you need is to be connected to your wireless network. Once you’re signed up, you’ll receive a text message containing instructions. Text 99588 with the following*:
- BAL to view your current account balances
- HIST + Account Nickname to view transaction history for that specific account
- HELP for contact information
- ATM + Zip Code to find nearby ATMs
- BRANCH + Zip Code for nearby Peoples Bank branches
- STOP to cancel mobile text banking
You can also set up text alerts to monitor your account for suspicious transactions and alerts will be sent to your phone*.
