FAQ

When will my statement be available?

Statements are available the next business day after the end of your statement cycle. If you have Possibilities Checking or Electric Blue it will be available the 2nd business day of the month. If you have Classic, PDQ, Student PDQ, Economy or First Rate it will be available the Third Thursday of the month. These are the only statements that are available online at this time.

Are all statements available online?

No, currently the only statements that are available online are Classic, PDQ, Student PDQ, Economy, First Rate, Possibilities Checking and Electric Blue.

How will I know when my statement is available?

You will receive an email notification when the statement is available

Will you also email the statement to me?

No, you will login to your secure online banking to retrieve your statement

Will my statements include images of my checks?

No, but your images are viewable online for 6 months.

How long are statements available online?

Statements are available online for 12 months; beginning with our first e-Statement cycle of 2/2/09.

Can I print my statements?

Yes

Will my online statement look the same?

Yes, you can view your online statement in png or pdf format.

Can I cancel eStatements and return to paper statements?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Just call us at 815-936-7600 and ask.

Is there a fee for eStatements?

No, eStatements are free

How do I change the email address for eStatement notification?

It is very important that you keep your email address up-to-date. Click here for instructions to change your eStatement email address.

Enrollment Instructions

e-Statement Enrollment Instructions

Log into Online Banking @ peoplesbankdirect.com

Click on the Check Reordering & e-Statements button on the top portion of the page.

In the EPSIIA - Peoples Bank of Kankakee County's Online Statements partner section:

  • Select correct account from drop-down
  • Enter

You will be advised that you are leaving Peoples Bank of Kankakee County's website and being transferred to EPSIIA - (our e-Statement vendor), do you wish to proceed?

The first time you select the statement button there will be a 3-Step enrollment process.

Step 1 - Online Statement Agreement and Disclosure

  • Read the disclosure
  • If you accept this disclosure: Select Accept at bottom
  • Press the Next Step button

Step 2 - Customer Information

  • Enter the email address for e-Statement notification.
  • Confirm this email address.
  • Press the Next Step button

Step 3 - Please confirm information

  • Verify all information is correct
  • If there is invalid information - Press Previous Step to go back to step that needs to be corrected.
  • If everything is accurate - Press the Accept button

The screen that follows is where, after initial enrollment, you will select the statement you wish to view/print.

  • Select the correct monthly statement.
  • If you have PDF access on your computer - Choose PDF format
  • If you do not have PDF access on your computer - Choose PNG format. This will show your statement in the same format as PDF, but you will have to print each page separately.
  • You can print/view the back page of the statement by choosing back of stmt button.
  • You can change your e-Statement email notification address at any time from this page.

When you are finished - close this screen by pressing the X in the upper-right corner of this screen.

You will receive an email from @ service@peoplesbankdirect.com advising that you have successfully set up e-Statements. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to call Customer Service @ 815-936-7600 or email us @ service@peoplesbankdirect.com.
